Anniversary Pictures

My mom had been asking me for a picture of James and I for her wall collage and I was struggling to find one that was taken this year.  As I looked through our photos, I realized James and I only take photos of the two of us once or twice a year, and even then they are only marginal, as they are just selfies taken with our cell phones.

Then, when we moved and I unpacked the picture frames I bought for our master bedroom, I realized the only really good photos I have to put in them are 6 years old (from our wedding).  I was ready for updated photos of just the two of us.

So, as sort of a 6 year anniversary gift, I talked James into a quick photo session.  A high school friend has a successful photography business nearby and when I saw the details of her holiday "mini sessions" I knew it would be a great fit for us.
